Where we deliver
We deliver to every city, town and village in Pakistan that our courier partners serve. Orders are packed and dispatched from Al Qadeer Olive Products, H/N SC-3, Barani Agricultural Research Institute, Chakwal, Punjab.
We do not ship outside Pakistan at the moment. If you need an international order, message us and we will tell you what is possible.
Delivery charges
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery charges depend on your payment choice.
Full payment in advance: Delivery is FREE on every order, regardless of the order value, when you pay the full amount at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A fixed delivery charge of Rs. 350 applies to every COD order, regardless of the order value. This charge is added to your order total and is retained if the order is returned or refunded.
Advance payment for COD orders
To confirm a COD order, you pay a small advance online at checkout and pay the remaining balance in cash when your order arrives. The advance is part of your order total, not an extra delivery charge.
Total up to and including Rs. 5,000: Pay Rs. 350 in advance. This threshold includes the Rs. 350 delivery charge.
Total above Rs. 5,000: Pay 10% of the total in advance, including the Rs. 350 delivery charge, rounded up to the next whole rupee.
Examples: A Rs. 3,000 order has a COD total of Rs. 3,350: pay Rs. 350 online and Rs. 3,000 in cash on delivery. A Rs. 12,000 order has a COD total of Rs. 12,350: pay Rs. 1,235 online and Rs. 11,115 in cash on delivery.
Your delivery charge, advance payment and remaining cash balance are shown at checkout before you place your order. No additional handling, packing or fuel charges are added later.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are confirmed once your advance payment is received. Confirmed orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day and reach you in 2 to 3 working days.
Remote areas can take a little longer. Fridays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days, and deliveries can be slower during Ramadan, Eid and other peak periods.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves us we send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp. The courier will call you on the mobile number you gave at checkout before delivering.
Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or the courier could not reach you, we will re-send it once you confirm the correct details.
Packaging
Glass bottles and jars are wrapped and boxed so that they travel safely. If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or opened, take photographs before unpacking it further and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can replace it.
Delays outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, road closures or other events beyond our control. If your parcel is late, contact us and we will follow it up with the courier on your behalf.
